Carolyn Fast

Executive Director

Carolyn joined the BCACC in 2014 as Executive Director. Carolyn leads the association in strategic planning and development. In addition to working with the board of directors, she oversees head office staff and day to day operations. 

Angela Burns


Angela was appointed as Registrar in 1991.  She manages BCACC’s Regulatory branch – this is the part that is concerned with public interest and protection.  She is a certified investigator (through C.L.E.A.R.) and oversees all complaint investigations, working closely with Regulatory Committees and investigators.  She also collaborates with the Registration Committee, and staff to ensure that  all new members have met BCACC’s comprehensive requirements.

John Gawthrop

Deputy Registrar

John joined the BCACC staff as deputy registrar in 1996. John supports the registrar in screening applications for membership and conducting inquiry investigations.  John is also a certified investigator through the Council of Licensure, Enforcement and Regulation. In addition, he delivers BCACC’s Member Orientation Workshop.

Andrea Curran

Executive Coordinator

Andrea started with BCACC in 2008 as Registration Coordinator.  In 2016, she became the Executive Coordinator.  In this role she provides governance support as well as budget and finance planning, human resources, office management and BCACC meeting coordination.

Donna Knee

Professional Practice Coordinator

Donna joined the BCACC in 2008. As Professional Practice Coordinator she assists our membership with their professional insurance needs and is an integral part of the regulatory functions at BCACC. Donna supports the registrar and deputy registrar with investigations and complaints against the membership.

Kim Carver

Receptionist Office Assistant

Kim started with the BCACC in 2015. She is the first point of contact at BCACC as our morning receptionist, answering telephone inquiries and ensuring head office runs smoothly.

Linda-Mary Bluma

Finance Officer

Linda-Mary started with the BCACC in 2014.  She is responsible for management of the BCACC finances, including accounts receivable and payable and financial analyses.

Marci Zoretich

Communications Coordinator

In her role as communications coordinator, Marci prepares and sends information to the membership to keep them informed about BCACC events. She prepares the weekly e-news, updates the website and manages BCACC’s social media sites. Marci joined the BCACC in 2011.

Janine Toombs

Events Coordinator

As Events Coordinator, Janine sets up BCACC regional events and assists attendees with registration. She has been with the BCACC since 2016.


Sarah Clutchey

Registration Coordinator

Sarah started with the BCACC in 2016 as our Registration Coordinator. Sarah receives and prepares member applications and supports applicants through the BCACC registration process. She prepares application packages for review by the Registrar and Registration Committee.
