It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that all documents required in the application process are received by Head Office by the application deadline. The Office collects data only and will not call to let an applicant know that documentation is missing.

Applicants who may be concerned about whether references and transcripts have been received should contact Head Office for an update on the contents of the file.

The Registration Committee meetings may change without notice. Please contact BCACC Head Office to confirm deadlines and meeting dates.

Yearly Application Deadlines:

December 1
February 15
May 1
September 1

IMPORTANT: The Registration Committee meets six weeks after each application deadline to adjudicate those files completed by the deadline date.  For example, if the application deadline is December 1st, then the meeting to review application files will be in mid-January.  Please contact BCACC head office to confirm exact Registration Committee meeting dates (applications@bc-counsellors.org).
