About Caitlin

I have over ten years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked extensively with individuals with severe and persistent mental health concerns, including psychosis, drug dependence, and suicidality. I have also worked with clients helping them to manage and overcome depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship/family issues, sexual identity issues, and trauma. I work with young adults and adults.

My therapeutic style is flexible and grounded in collaboration, adapting to best fit each client’s unique needs. I often incorporate elements of Emotion Focused, Somatic, and Person-Centered therapies. I work to create a comfortable environment and secure relationship with each client. This allows me to gently challenge clients to address their struggles in a new way, while ensuring they feel safe and supported.
