As a registered clinical counsellor, I will support you in your journey of exploring those issues in a safe, caring and compassionate environment. Using my extensive experience supporting youth, adults, and families, I can help you to overcome anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and develop more fulfilling relationships. I have been successful in supporting those who self-harm, suffer from PTSD, or grief and loss.
Using a strength based approach with well-researched techniques I have supported people of all ages and varied cultures for over 20 years in the human services field. This and my 12 years supporting our First Nations people inform my clinical counselling practice. My personal and professional experience enables me to understand the unique needs of first responders, their spouses, and families.

I have observed healing, growth, and change in clients by using Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and talk therapy. Talk therapy often includes attachment therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy – Integrated Mindfulness techniques, and other therapeutic modalities to support the unique needs of each person.

Grief and Loss – coping with the death of family member or friend, parent abandonment issues, unresolved loss due to the Ministry separating a child from the family.
