A free community workshop
We will present a holistic model of self-care that integrates inner work of contemplative practice that is blended with process-oriented psychotherapy, and outer work of body care (including fitness and nutrition).
What you will learn:
Our model is based on a life philosophy that self-care is an ethics practice that cultivates development of the whole person within a multidimensional (thinking, feeling, sensory, and energetic), relational (self-other), and embodied context.
Central to our work is application of compassionate awareness, including self-compassion.
