This experiential presentation will look at stress in terms of what we do with it internally, patterns of coping, and ways to reconnect with our life energy/spiritual essence to respond in new ways.

What you will learn:

Participants will learn and explore what’s going on inside when events positively or negatively impact us, and explore ways to be more in charge of their internal experience.

About the Presenter:

Jennifer Nagel, MA, RCC is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, a member of the International Family Therapy Association, and a training directorate member of the Satir Institute of the Pacific.  She works with individuals, couples, families, and youth in private practice, and facilitates training programs and workshops in Canada, China, and Kenya.
