PUBLIC EVENT
This interactive and lively workshop is based on neuroscience. Join Marla for 1 1/2 hours of fun, insight, and liberation to be the person you really are as opposed to the one who time and again reacts and then regrets.
What you will learn:
- Why we react to certain people and events in a negative way no matter how hard we try to stop ourselves.
- About the science behind the emotions you have when someone or something triggers a negative reaction in you and how to prevent that from continuing.
