It is understood that there may be fluctuation depending upon individual and regional circumstances. | Travel Time (per hour – billed from the time the clinician leaves the home or office to go to court or other legal appointment and from the time the clinician leaves the courthouse or meeting place until they return to the beginning place or approximately the same location. If overnight accommodation is required as the clinician is unable to return on the same day, the travel time ends at 6:00 pm and begins the following day at 9:00 am or the time the clinician leaves the hotel, whichever is earlier) | 110.00 |
