When we are overwhelmed, stuck, & don’t know where to start, we typically don’t start. It can be helpful to work with someone who’s been there, is compassionate, & trained to help you understand “your stuff” (cause we all have it!) & implement practical strategies to live more fully.
I work in many areas but specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), anxiety, stress, depression, negative self-talk, self-esteem, sports psychology, Christian counselling, couples, and motherhood/ women’s issues/ postpartum depression. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as Solution-Focused Therapy and Positive Psychology, however counselling is always tailored uniquely to you and your needs.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck and overwhelmed. I personally benefited from counselling and now am passionate about using my personal and professional experience to help others.
As a former elite-level athlete and coach, to wife and mother, and mental health professional, I understand the importance of mental health in every area of life to be the best you!
