I have been in practice over 35 years. I bring clinical skill, compassionate caring, a sense of possibility and joy to my work. My areas of expertise include helping people with: anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, unresolved childhood abuse, relationship stress, work stress, meaning of life and spirituality, assertiveness, giving oneself inner direction, meaning in life, spirituality, LGBT.

My highest value in my work is for my clients to feel safe, heard, valued, and to know they will be treated with respect and kindness.
