About Diane
I am Counsellor/Therapist who has been working WORKING WITH ADULTS of ALL AGES for many years. My clients come to counselling with a wide range of concerns. The approach I use is one that the client and I determine would be most appropriate for him or her.
I use a cognitive behavioral approach in some cases and for others a more psychodynamic approach.
Counselling/therapy may be short term or longer term again determined between myself and the client.
In the counselling sessions there is a focus on HOPE and CHANGE even though initially change may seem like an impossibility.
