My counselling work integrates emotional, physiological and social avenues to achieve lasting positive change.

I support those struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma and PTSD, eating disorders, self-esteem issues, co-dependency, life transitions, emotion regulation, stress management, attachment disorders and men’s issues.

I have worked with youth, immigrant and indigenous groups. With lived experience as a POC I bring an added element of understanding, recognizing the important, yet often difficult, demands placed by family and culture and jointly seeks ways to balance such needs.
