About Erica

My approach in counselling is warm, genuine, and strengths-focused. I value authenticity and compassion as the foundation of human connection. I believe at the heart of growth and healing is the relationship with yourself. My goal is to work alongside you to foster the discovery of fulfilment and to create a meaningful connection with yourself and others.

I strive to cultivate a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space for you to freely explore your unique stories. Through gentle exploration, we can help uncover your inner resources, clarity, and meet the challenges that are present and those that might arise in the future.

I have a strong passion working with individuals who experience issues surrounding cultural identities and adjustment, and in helping them navigate and reconcile between multiple cultures. Oftentimes, family disconnect and tension arise due to the impact of cross-cultural differences and adjustments. Different family members may bridge the cultural divide at a different pace, resulting in conflicting values and expectations. I use a culturally responsive approach in my practice to build strengths and empower clients to be resilient.

I look forward to accompanying you on your journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and positive change as we work together to create a fulfilling and authentic life.

Fluent in English and Cantonese.
