About Grace
Grace is a Certified Advanced Imago Therapist and has completed Level 1 training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. She has a private practice in White Rock and works with couples and individuals. She helps people become more aware of how they show up in relationship, looking at the way their childhood and life experiences have shaped who they have become as an adult. People build empathy for themselves and others, learn and practice effective communication and conflict management skills, and increase connection and intimacy. Grace believes in the mind body connection, and the importance in developing the ability to mindfully track your experience in the present moment. People are then able to self-regulate, stay in connection, and be intentional, rather than reactive, in relationships with others, including in their marriage, with their kids, at work, and with friends. Grace also passionately supports parents in providing secure attachment to their children, so that they have thriving children.
