Hello and welcome, my name is Helen and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor offering in-person therapy in North Vancouver, West Kelowna and online therapy across B.C. I work with youth, adults, and couples. I often find that clients who come to me for support have been struggling with past traumas; feelings of anxiety; shame; grief and loss; relationship conflict; low self esteem; and are stuck in unhealthy patterns that seem to keep repeating.
