As an Art psychotherapist and Registered Clinical Counsellor, I work with a range of clients, in both emotional and physical distress applying various therapeutic approaches with both children and adults. I can provide individual and group therapy, using evidence – based therapy practices structured to individual needs. In my private practice I provide counselling services for both children and adults.

My clinical specialty is Physical Health Psychology applying the biopsychosocial model (taking into account the interconnection between biology, psychology, and socio-environmental factors). I previously worked for the NHS (National Health Service) hospital and the community in England, as part of a multi-disciplinary team with patients experiencing chronic illness and psycho-oncology.

Making the decision to begin therapy can be quite daunting, and finding a therapist with whom you can feel comfortable with more so. I can offer you a safe space from which to explore your difficulties, where you can express your feelings and thoughts freely. This can enable you to look forward to a better understanding so that you can cope with life. Some of the issues I can help with include: physical illness, trauma, depression, PTSD, anxiety, behavioural, learning, life-limiting conditions, neurological conditions and self-esteem.
