As we work towards your goals for counselling, I can help you find tools for managing the things you are facing, and also find compassion within you and for you. As you begin to build that compassion, we can then work on helping you find connection. Sometimes that only needs to happen within you, because you lost yourself for a bit, but maybe it also extends to others in your life.
