About Raina
Many of us find ourselves stuck in negative cycles related to our relationships, our behaviours, or our self-talk. Much of my work involves helping people break free from these cycles.
I specialize in working with:
– anxiety/panic
– disordered eating & body image concerns
– self-esteem
– life transitions
– women’s issues
I hold a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Simon Fraser University. I have over 10 years of experience working in community mental health agencies. I also work as an instructor at post-secondary institutions.
I practice from a trauma-informed approach, integrating techniques from various approaches as needed.
I strive to bring my values of authenticity, compassion, respect, and humour to each therapeutic relationship. I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to ensure a great fit.
