Her focus is on individuals who are suffering from Trauma and PTSD.
Sara’s integrative approach is a combination of Compassionate Inquiry, Existentialism, Mindfulness, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy .
