About Sebastian

Welcome, and thank you for visiting my profile. I believe that everyone’s path to well-being is unique. I provide therapy based on each individual’s specific needs, offering a flexible and personalized approach to support your journey toward healing and growth.

Many people come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in painful relationship patterns, overwhelmed by self-criticism, or disconnected from themselves and others. Often, these struggles persist despite years of insight, effort, or attempts to simply “push through.”

Psychotherapy can offer more than symptom relief. It can help us begin to understand the deeper emotional patterns that shape how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us.

My approach to therapy is grounded in psychodynamic and relational psychotherapy. Together, we explore not only current difficulties, but also the emotional experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns that may continue to influence the present in ways that are difficult to fully see on our own.

Over time, therapy can become a space where new ways of understanding, feeling, and relating begin to emerge. Not through quick fixes, but through a deeper and more meaningful process of change.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, burnout, addiction, low self-esteem, and longstanding patterns that may feel difficult to shift alone.

I offer both short-term and long-term psychotherapy depending on each person’s needs and goals.

If you would like to learn more about my approach or have specific questions please email me so that we can set up a free 15-minute consultation.
