I have been helping people to rebuild their lives and create healthier futures since 1998. As a counsellor, I offer a respectful sounding board and help in developing creative solutions to life challenges.
I have specialized experience and training in managing depression, anxiety, chronic illness and injuries; reducing stress; building healthy relationships; exploring and choosing careers; coping with grief and loss; and healing from traumatic life events.
I use Somatic Experiencing (TM): a gentle, effective approach which works with your nervous system to shift persistent patterns and restore energy and resilience.
