ADHD: The Inside Out System

Presented by Dan Duncan, ACC

When living with ADHD, or responding to someone who does, many people focus on those unwanted external actions and behaviours that seem to define ADHD.

Success will only come when a simple understanding of ADHD brain function governs every response, and when the emphasis on reducing external symptoms is abandoned in favour of leveraging the personal strengths and interests of the individual. This is the Inside Out system.

About the Presenter:

Dan Duncan operates a private ADHD Coach/Consultant business in Kelowna, BC called ADHD Inside Out. Dan coaches individuals from Japan, Hong Kong, USA, and Canada online, on the phone, or face to face. He also works in close association with the BC Interior ADHD Clinic, as well as the University of British Columbia Okanagan campus as an Academic Strategist for their designated students who live with ADHD. Through private coaching, public seminars, coach training, and professional development presentations Dan educates, empowers, and normalizes ADHD in the context of all life domains: relationships, education, career, etc. The premise he works from is: “once ADHD is clearly understood the symptoms and behaviours make perfect sense, and the Inside Out strategies for success become self-evident.”
