Skills Series – Vancouver – Mind and Body Connection from Traditional Chinese Medicine Point of View

In this presentation we will briefly review and assess how the mind and body connect to each other from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Counselling Psychology point of view.

What you will learn:

The presentation will provide basic holistic understanding for common mental/emotion health concerns and how they relate to our physical health and vise versa.

You will learn how to assess and provide support to yourself and/or clients with a holistic treatment plan. As well as learning some simple home practices to boost your mind and body balance.

About the Presenter:

Peggy Yu, MA, RCC, CCC. R.Ac, Certified Neuro Emotional Technique Practitioner, works in private practice as a Counsellor, Registered Acupuncturist, and an instructor in Holistic Medicine College in Burnaby, BC.  Peggy is co-author of “Heart and Soul, Living a love-filled, Spirit- guided, consciously-created Life”.  Peggy is also a Reiki Practitioner.
