A Brand New Way To Access Your Information

We have launched our brand new BCACC Member Portal and are so excited to tell you about it!

Taking the feedback we have heard from the membership over the last year, we have redone our member portal to make it easier than ever to access your information and those resources useful to your practice.

We invite you to set up your login information and explore this new area.

What Is The Member Portal?

Your BCACC Member Portal is your link to the BCACC Community.

Here you can print out your membership card, manage your membership information, set up a listing on the Find a Counsellor tool and connect with other RCCs through the emerging communities of practice.

You can update your communications preferences with us, so that you only receive email information you are interested in, and register for BCACC events.

You will also be able to renew your membership easily and quickly through this portal.

How Do I Login?

The login information that you were using for your account is no longer active. The first time you login to this new portal, you will need to set up a brand new password. Please follow these instructions:

1. OPEN THE MEMBER PORTAL LOGIN PAGE (or click the Member Login button above.)

2. CLICK “FIRST TIME LOGIN” under the login area.

3. ENTER THE EMAIL ADDRESS that is on file with BCACC. This is the email you received this notification at.

4. CHECK YOUR EMAIL for an invitation to reset your password.

5. CHOOSE YOUR NEW PASSWORD and click the SUBMIT button.

6. RETURN TO THE MEMBER PORTAL LOGIN PAGE and login to your account.

Please make sure to record your username and password for future reference.

What Should I Do First?

We invite all members to visit the MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION tab at the top of your screen. Please ensure that your information is up to date.


1. We have updated the way we collect information about gender. Members have the option to leave this field blank or can now choose Woman, Man, Non-Binary, Trans or Prefer Not to Say.

2. We have provided you a way to manage your communications preferences. Please check or uncheck boxes to indicate your preferences and to ensure we only send you email that you wish to receive.

3. Please ensure that you have updated your insurance information with us.

MOST IMPORTANTLY – please remember to click the SAVE button at the bottom of this page to save your changes.
